Most of the original prints and artwork are reproduced and shipped by third-party vendors. When you place an order, the item is created and shipped directly from the vendor who handles production. This ensures high-quality products and smooth delivery.

Shipping times vary depending on the third-party vendor’s processing and delivery schedule. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, and you may receive tracking information once your item is shipped.

AIf you experience any issues with your order—such as damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns—please contact us with your order details. We’ll help to resolve the issue and guide you through an exchange.

In the case of a damaged item, we do not offer refunds. We can provide you with an additional item.

For commissioned pieces, we require a 50% deposit upfront to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due once the final piece is completed. This payment structure allows for a collaborative, tailored process while ensuring clarity for both parties.
